Emily Bonenfant
Awards/Achievements:  Varsity Captain 2006, 4 years on Varsity, Received 2005 Defender Award by Captains
Goals:
I plan on improving myself as a player this year. I plan on us having the best record NHS Girl Lacrosse has ever had! I plan on us beating McMahon! I plan to study to become an event planner at Johnson & Wales! Remember my name for your wedding!
Fav Food, Music, Book:
My favorite food is basically any type of soup. I love movies especially Finding Neverland, Girl Next Door, Fight Club, Cruel Intentions, and all Disney movies.
Heroes:
Yes, my parents. Of course my fellow defenders for always knowing where their atlas's are at! (Erin and Cat are sick nasty) Oh yeah that crazy blonde girl named Lauren could be considered to be my hero.
Best Memory:  Elyse making flyers for Amanda Hall to get a date for Senior Prom followed by me saying a comment to Maria about her life and the whole back of the bus writing notes to Maria to check no or yes if she was mad at us!! Another one was where Lauren made up an animal name for everyone. Amanda Christian was an Ostrich and she didn't know what it was. She looked it up and the next day was mad and wanted to change it, but the Ostrich stuck!
Anyone else you'd like to thank:  Maria without you I don't know where any of us would be. Lindsay thank you so much for putting up with us all winter league, you made waking up early a lot easier. Oh yeah, Morg you were pretty straight.

  My parents, and God.
Favorite food, music, book...:
Black olives and baby corn. A Cinderalla Story.
Best Memory:  Playing 10 o'clock games, on Sunday nights, in Trumbull, after working 10 hours at two jobs, and telling the ref about a "rough day."
Anyone you would like to thank:  I want to thank everyone on the team for a great three years. Most importantly I want to thank the rest of the defense. CHECK YOUR ATLAS!!!

Leanne LeBlanc
Goals, Dreams, and Aspirations:  I want to win games this year, especially against McMahon, and score goals. I hope I succeed at the University of Tampa and whatever else I do.
Memories:  Bus rides with the team, pasta parties, Amanda's many occupational dreams, all of our animal resemblances, getting beat by 15 by one team last year and coming back and beating that same team this year, and the lax olympics.
Thanks:
I'd like to thank my parents for watching all my games and staying by me. To Morgy and Maria for taking us and turning us into the team we all knew we could be. To the team, thanks for making this season a great and memorable one.

Best Memory:
Driving to a Winter League game in Trumbull with the entire defense in the car and ending up in Bridgeport after picking up Emily because her tire was flat. We were late because we didn't know where our atlas was, but the Spice Girls helped.
Anyone You Would Like to Thank/Heroes:
MY DEFENSE! For always knowing where our atlas is, and my family, for the "constructive" criticism that pushed me even harder, the 7 a.m. wake up calls on Saturday mornings after a late night, and the lengthy drives to and from away games and Trumbull to be the team's most dedicated fans.
Anything Else:  Good luck to the season of '07. Hard work and dedication is the only thing that will get you anywhere. Thanks to all the girls who showed me what it means to be a team and how to work together. I love all of you... To the coaches, we wouldn't be here without you. You took over an inexperienced team with only a strong passion for the game. We owe our success to you. Thanks for the blood, sweat, and tears that brought us closer for the times we will always remember the girls we will never forget.
