Connor McCarthy scored four goals to lead the Tigers to a home win over the Bears.

Norwalk (2-1) took a 2-0 lead in the first half on two goals by Andres Torres with assists from Chris Puente (17 minutes into the game) and Danny Quintero (19:49 remaining in the half).

McCarthy netted two straight goals in the 24th and 26th minutes to tie the score at 2-2 going into halftime. Ridgefield went ahead for good two minutes into the second half and added an insurance goal three minutes later. Matt Surace scored in the 65th minute for Norwalk to pull within one but that was as close as the Bears would get.

Norwalk outshot Ridgefield 11-9 and had more corner kicks 4-3. Bears goalie Alex Hurd was credited with six saves.
